That retention is the point. Our clients don’t re-tender us every year because our capability isn’t easily replaced.

Time Sensitive employs a dedicated team of professional drivers, each with more than 15 years of industry experience. They know the sites, the stock and the handling standard expected of them, and they are allocated to the vehicle and job best suited to the freight — not simply the next one available.

Service with the technology behind it

Larger carriers usually have the technology but not the personal service. Smaller operators usually have the service but not the technology. We run a modern transport management platform giving clients real-time vehicle tracking, automated pickup and delivery notifications, reporting and electronic proof of delivery — alongside a phone number answered by someone who knows your account.

Where we’re heading

We are deepening our specialist verticals rather than chasing volume, and formalising permanent vehicle placement — a way of working we’ve delivered for select clients for years — into a long-term, contracted service line. Facilities, systems and fleet continue to be modernised to support that focus.
