- What areas do you cover?
- Metropolitan Melbourne and country Victoria for same-day work, with interstate runs arranged as required. If it needs to be there today, we will tell you straight away whether we can do it.
- Do you operate outside business hours?
- Yes. We run around the clock, including overnight, weekend and public holiday work. A great deal of our placement and equipment work is deliberately done out of hours so client sites are not disrupted.
- Do you provide proof of delivery?
- Every consignment carries electronic proof of delivery, with real-time tracking and automated notifications. Where you have your own system, we can work to it.
- What kinds of freight do you specialise in?
- Time-critical and sensitive work — healthcare and pathology, secure and confidential documents, high-value equipment, event and exhibition freight, retail rollouts and precision placement of machinery and commercial equipment.
- How is this different from a standard delivery service?
- We are a logistics partner rather than a parcel service. The vehicle, the handling gear and the driver are matched to the freight, and the same crews return to your sites so they know your requirements rather than learning them each time.
- Can our own branding go on your vehicles?
- Yes. On permanent vehicle placement, vehicles can carry your livery and drivers can wear your uniform, so the service presents to your customers as your own team in your own fleet.
- How does permanent vehicle placement work?
- We supply the vehicles and employ the drivers; they work solely for your business, directed by your team. You get the capability of an in-house fleet without the wages, superannuation, WorkCover, leave cover, maintenance or compliance sitting on your books.
- Can you handle volume spikes and peak periods?
- Yes. Regular work runs on dedicated capacity, and extra briefed vehicles and drivers come on for peak season, project rollouts and campaign launches — to the same standard.
- Are you insured and compliant?
- We carry appropriate transit and liability cover, maintain chain-of-responsibility compliance, and hold a Gold Standard rating for healthcare compliance. Compliance documentation is available on request.
- How do we get started?
- Send us the details of the work — what moves, from where, how often and by when — and we will come back with a solution and pricing. Ongoing accounts can be set up straight away.
